Major Problems...

Well almost like a sickness my car has been getting worse and worse...
1st i noiced some moderate power loss in mid-high rpms through the last little while. Thinking its just me getting use to the power. However more symptoms of major problems started poping up within the last few days.
- One of the most troubeling problems. At idel for the first ten minutes of driving there is ALOT noise in the upper engine (timing chain/valves..i dont know) This dosent happen consistantly but more than 60-70% of the time. It goes away when the car is driven for a bit, it dosent seem to have much to do with how warm the engine is becauseee i drove it highway the other day for about 30 mins and then went into a gas station and when i came back out 5 mins later and started it up the same clanking loose metal sound was making lots of noise right on the top of the engine again.(almost against the valve cover). Way back when i first bought the car i had problems with idel surge and limp mode (NO CODES have ever come up in my car).
- The second problem that makes me un-easy is i have oil comming from somewhere at the top of the engine... collecting along the back of the plug cover plate along the top of the valve cover...which is an awfully weird place to see oil. the first time i saw it i was like oh thats just over flow from when they changed my oil. but i wiped it off and more appeard... I tried taking the plug plate off but one of the hex screws was seased and i ended up pretty much stripping it... So i couldnt get a look under it. There is no way oil is comming from the plugs tho...is there?
- Lastley... My supercharger sounds dry... Rubbing noise like i can hear the lobs spinning pretty good. My car has the 04 stock tune and stage. I know that the bearings could be a problem. To my knowledge there has never been any matinence done on the blower soo.. (67,000klms).
Also the plugs i dont think have ever been changed. and the throtel body needs a cleaning.
I still have lots of warrenty so im not worried on that end...but i am bummer that this is happening and i cant do ne thing about it. Any input or suggestions?

if you're still under a warranty take it in and have them pull the valve cover off and look at the timing chain and related parts. I think this has come up in here before when the chain guide or tensioner or something to that effect went bad. Warranty should make that new again. If it is this, that could explain the power loss because your timing ain't where it should be and the car can't control it to optimize your power. Not sure about the oil leak though. I'm also not sure if warranty will do anything about the supercharger noises. Look into it.

sigh, worse still but not consistent enough for the dealership to find whats wrong... What if i said i dont think the plugs or tranny fluid has ever been changed?
