car fell off jack!

whats up guys its been a while since ive been on the forum. got a little problem was doing an oil change and had the jack on the cradle (no body ever do this) needless to say it was my dads craftsman aluminum jack and it was missing the rubber pad that goes in the center. well i jacked it up and got one jack stand under the pinch weld and guess what crash. My radiator took the blunt of it and is Fed up my heat exchanger's outlet is a little bent and my condenser bent some since theyre all attached. question is anyone got a radiator? i got on GM parts direct.com and they have a new on OEM for like 220 after shipping AZ wants like 200 with my discount since im a tech and can use my commercial account. But its not oem. anyone know if the cobalt lt's radiator(as long as its manual) will work? or anyone know of a cheaper place thanks

Had the same thing happened. Me and Rice Eater were getting ready to install my springs....put the jack on the k frame...slipped right off through the IC and radiator. There is a thread on here about it w/ pics...

Sorry to hear that. I have not jacked the car up from the front since then.

That sucks man. Good luck with the repair. On a side note, it may be time to invest in some ramps.
