Arrow boost issue

ok, this is the scoop, i have a 2.8 pully, the gmpp stage 2 belt, 60# injectors. for some reason im only getting 13psi of boost, does any one know what is the prolblem?

2006 Red Redline Comp Package: ZZP 2.8, GM Stage 2 belt, K&N CAI, ZZP Header, 3"DP no cat, Borlla Exhaust, 60# injectors, HP Tuned, B&M Short shifter, Intense poly inserts, Eibach Pro Kit springs.

1/4 mile: 13.67 - 107.32mph
243WHP and 230WTQ 3rd gear run.

opening up that exhaust with the header/dp and cat-back will drop a couple lbs of boost. making better more efficient use of the boost is what you're doing.

also it is getting hot out. i was having a problem this past week where the ecu was pulling timing and bleeding boost cause the iat2's were so high

boost doesn't ness make more power. its all about the wonderful world of CFM

Yeah, but 13psi is too low. Have you verified that the boost gauge is correct? Check your boost pressure with a different gauge first. Then start looking for leaks or something, or make sure that the belt is not slipping on the S/C pulley.

since i know you have HPT, what is the max kPa your seeing on wot runs?

With what size pulley? I have porting work done on both my manifolds and full cooling as well, so I register a little less than average.

i have a 2.8 also and im only reading about 14lbs. but when i was stock i was only reading 10 so, i think my gauge is just off.

i have stock manifold/head etc and i read damn near 18psi at 7**' above sea level.

you should not see 10 stock.
