p0420 code??

good morning all!..was driving normally this morning and my car threw a code po420,unfortunately i cant find my interceptor guide with the codes in it!....any ideas as to what this code is and whats the fix for it??..thanks much. currently the car is running fine with no apparent symptoms!..colm.

Running no cat or high flo cat?

thanks for the quick responnse!.yup i recently installed a zzp header/downpipe with 2.5 inch pipe all the way back!..wil this code keep popping up or would a tune fix it??

its gonna keep poping up but it doesnt affect performance, you can get someone with hp tuners to turn it off permanently.

Just resetting it is going to make it come back over and over again. Get an hp tuners flash and you won't see that code until armageddon. Satan himself will wonder "Geez there's no cat on this car why isn't it throwing 0420: my code of imminent ecological destruction?"
