Anyone else have this problem with heatshield?

After racing Friday night, I noticed a funny sound coming from underneath my car. Sounded like I had an exhaust leak of some sort-After inspecting it thoroughly I found that my heatshield is vibrating on my exhaust. I cant seem to figure out exactly where to vibration is coming from....Any help or suggestions would be appreciated.

Yes, it's a Saturn. No, you can't drive it.

I have messed with it a little bit last night and that buzzing/vibrating noise is just getting on my last nerves. Anytime I'm in 2nd/3rd it just sounds awful. Thanks for the tip guys!
