so, i was using a damn impact to try and get the pulley screws off and they will not even budge, the idiots must have put lock tight instead of antiseas , so now i gotta grind the heads odd and drill out the studs, i will never go back to that dealer again, id rather drive to Santa Fe

Yep, that's what they're supposed to do, it depends on the dealership. The bolts themselves are supposed to be "tamper resistant", tamperer=you! It wouldn't come off with an impact wrench? Try driving it REALLY hard and heat up the snout then go at it, could help.
