I think I blew my motor!!! Please help.

Alright its not the motor your thinking of my lsj is just fine. I think i blew my window motor out. Just last night it was working just fine, this morning it was so hot i just put on my AC when i went to work. After work driving home i was gonna put down my window and to my surprise the thing just won't go down. I have no clue what would cause it to go bad overnight but i pulled out the buttons from the door and hear it click when i try to lower it but its just not moving. Someone tell me this is a cheap fix, or something that i need to do to get it to work again. Has this happened to anyone else??????

Actually, Josh with the blue Ion just had all his windows quit. Is it just your drivers side? If so, its probably the motor or regulator. If neither work, its most likely a switch or relay or fuse.

Dude, this shit happened to me today and I was PISSED.

I went out to my car after work and started setting up hp tuners so I tried rolling my windows down... Passenger side went down fine but the driver's wouldn't budge. It kind of caught me off guard so I tried different key positions, still nothing.

I said f it and I'd worry about it later so I opened the door a bit.

I got hp tuners connected and scanning and pulled out of my spot. I drove a little through the parking lot and still being a little irritated with the window I tried again- worked like a charm.

Hopefully the switch isn't going bad
