Replaced SC and Throttle body Again..

I've had heavy hesitation in the car through every gear. When letting off the clutch especially in 3rd and 4th its almost like i hit the brakes for a few seconds and then the car will get going (how it should when just letting out the clutch) They've replaced my throttle body twice now and a new bcm but its still hesitating and rough shifts almost all the time. Also at idle i sometimes get a weird rattling almost grinding noise. Anyone know what any of this could be?
