headlight is dim

ok heres the problem.
my drivers side headlight is dim. i unplugged it and reattached it still dim then i unplugged the subwoofer wiring and underglow just to make sure still dim the bulb is fine. what else could it be?

the lens is clear as glass where is that ground i am totally ignorant when it comes to anything with electronics.

look on the inner fender by the blower pulley look for a metal ring with black wires attached to it bolted down with a small nut (10mm socket) remove the nut clean the connection with steel wool or something to get rid of corrosion and replace. also check the wire connectors they are weatherpak connectors make sure they are in good shape clean and no moisture etc...

bad ground. Simply put
