problem with headliner

I got the late night munchies at work so I decided to make a run to MacDoonalds. was a mistake but anywho. I was walking out to my car and noticed something hanging down by the passengers sun visor. When I got in and checked it the material portion of the headliner is separating from the hard backing. Anybody else have this happen?

My problem is simmilar but my headliner hasn't fallen. It rattles. When I put my hand on the map light the rattle goes away. My ex GF left a hair clip in my car so I put it on the headliner between the mirror and the windshield. Another warrenty item on the list.
