Sway Bar Noises

I got pricing from GMPartsDirect (GMPD) and they were a little better than GetSaturnParts. However I never have found a source that gives me actual part numbers for the Saturn, all my part number were from Cobalt sources. GMPD doesn't have a search tool for Saturn parts.

Is there any difference between the FE5 Cobalt and the Ion RL front suspension? If not, I'll get all the parts from GMPD.

I've attached a diagram from GetSaturnParts (trademotion)

The Ion RL suspension is the first revision of FE3. The Cobalt SS with the 2.4L (non-supercharged) had the second revision FE3, where as the Cobalt SS/SC has the first FE5 and the SS/TC has the second FE5.

Clamps: 22608428(same as FE1)
Insulators: 15820163
Rear Axle: 15232752 (Same as FE5)
Links: 15782690 (same as FE1)
Struts: 15876215/15876216 (L/R, same as FE1)
Shocks: 10368516
Frt Springs: various, L/r different, (not shared wirth other RPOs)
Rr springs: 10390024 (same as FE5)
Lower control arms: 15787556/15787555 (L/R, aluminum, NOT the same as FE5)
Knuckle: 22667248/22667249 (L/R same as all models except LNF)

Not exactly those numbers, but basically their equivalents except for the control arms, as although the Redline basically has a FE3 suspension, it does use stamp steel lower control arms, while the Cobalt FE3 uses aluminum, and the springs, as cobalt front springs and ion front springs are completely different diameters. Also all the strut mount and bearings are unique to the ion.

whats sway bar end links did you go with i have done mine twice and they keep going
I need some beefier end links
is powergrid the only option?

I used Moog. Came with grease fittings.
