my factory bolts right in, that model # i bought does not work. The shifter cables are different. and the pivot points are different.

Does not work 100%

Do you have lnf cables? the ends are different it seems.

Update:

I have the new saturn shifter assembly installed. I was able to properly align the cables.

If I leave it in gear overnight It is difficult to get it out. If I turn the car on, the shut it down and restart it will move easily.

Or if I lightly tug it out of gear and move it a bit it will go into gears nicely.

Ideas?

the car drives and shifts great after i move the shifter around a bit. It is good for the day. If I leave it overnight it is stiff again.

Thanks!!

Much needed bump.

I'm lost. Could it be a fluid issue? I have new lnf fluid. Should I do another drain and fill?

I have new clutch master cyl. I didnt put it in yet. I was told by a friend that my pedel feels good and he really doubts my master is bad.
