If you only want it to display O2, and not connect to anything, you only need power and ground. The white wire is a 0-5v linear output, the blue is serial output. You only use the latter two if your going to connect to your tuning device, Megasquirt in my case.
So if you have red and black wired, check for a good ground, and good switched power. Also where is the WB sensor located?

it seems like it works sometimes and sometimes it doesnt! it likes to stay around 14,7 and 14.8 mostly 14.8 but i dont have the blue wire hooked up to anything wat should i hook that up to?
Blue wire goes to nothing. White wire connects to hptuners EIO port if you're using it.
And honestly, it SHOULDN'T be constantly 14.7. That would be a OL dead nuts tune..
