well, if its anything like a cobalts (not sure) all you have to do is pop up the cup holder and there should be two clamps. you can unclip them and adjust the linkage accordingly. just mess around with it. I may be wrong though, because i drive a slowbalt. lol
pull up on knob into rev position and release shift block mechanism down (its spring loaded) by pressing on shift block clips with needle nose pliers.
position shift block into 4th gear slot provided.
close cable clamps. Lift shift block back into position. re fit shift boot.
done.
