Lk9 engine on saturn ion redline

I saw an engine at my local junkyard at a really good price I was thinking of getting it to have as a spare engine for my redline well the engine is from a 2003 saab 9-3, the engine is the LK9 2.0, I understand this is the SAME ENGINE AS THE LSJ, will this fit my 2004 redline, I was reading some of the threads but I do not find a definite answer anyone can confirm IF IT WILL FIT, AND if I buy it will I have any major issues with the swap

If your thinking of using the long block it should work but the intake cam is different. Seen a guy on the SS.net use a long block swap from an LK9 but if your thinking of just running that motor turbo and all it's going to be an extensive swap and not worth it IMHO!

There are a few other differences, that which have already been noted in other threads on here. Look for Armcclure and tennpenn's totally bogus adventure from about a year ago.
