Would you mind explaining in a bit of detail?

How exactly did they get to you? So if GM is reading this:

YOU SUCK!!! YOU NEED TO START BACKING UP YOUR BULLSHIT!!!!!! QUIT THE R&D ON THE STUPID LITTLE THINGS AND GET THE IMPORTANT STUFF TOGETHER!!!!!! Such a waste when you blaze these little side trails that go nowhere.

So how did they find out it was you and stuff?

I thought our clutches were heavy duty? I saw your original post, and yeah, how did they determine that you were at fault?

It is hit and miss with any consumable thing. Clutch, thow out bearing, Brakes, tires, oil etc. etc. There has to be proof that it was a form of defect. I had hot spots on the clutch on my SRT-4 (obviously from some monkey grabbing the clutch with greasy fingers and installing it, I mean shit there was a hand print on the face of the clutch) but since my tires were bald (rear I might add) they said the vehicle was abused and voided the waranty on all clutch related items. Then they told me it needed a throw out bearing and a linkage, not covered under waranty. I took it in because one time it would not go into gear, started it up the next morning and it was fine but took it in anyway. They also charged me $80 in labor to look at it. That is why I gave a big FU@K YOU to mopar
45,000 miles later the thing is still running on all the origional exuipment (but now it needs some work. )
