5th gear trouble

I was on the hwy today down shifted to 4th then back up to 5th. it wouldn't go in to save my life!!! I tried everything & Then it just went in WTF!! I went to the dealer the tech didn't have alot of time but it happend to him just sittin their shifting. he said it was probly the shifter assymbly itself. I have an appointment thurs, i'll let you know what happens.

Sometimes if I back out and then try to shift in to first and the wheels are turned, it won't let me. Not that that has anything to do w/ 5th gear, but I just thought I'd say that it's blocked me out of a gear before.

yeah I have had somethin like that happen b4 but just once. the 5th gear did it to me like twice about a month after i got the car.i just thought it was a fluke or something not anymore!!!

happened to me once on about a 2 hour drive, and all of a sudden after dropping to fourth to pass someone i couldnt put it back to 5th to cruise. it did after like 20 times

thats happened to me before...in fifth gear too...i was like WTF...but i only happened like twice...so i'm not too worried.

ya, sometimes my Redline doesn't wanna go into first gear either. i've got the clutchprettymucha ll the way down, but still it doesn't wanna go into gear. i usually just let up on the clutch then put it in again and it will go in just fine.

u need to let go the clucth press it in againe then put it in gear it happens to me in alot of gears like frist gear do that it might help

I did that like 10 times then all the sudden it went in i drove 180 miles today & it never did it, its just sometimes & it sucks!!& is pissin me off
