Call Saturn Roadside and have them send a truck to jump it or tow it... either way you have to make a move...

I still think it has somthing to do with your theft system or that sensor. My car had the exact symptoms man..All I did to get it started was, lock it up let it sit there for a few mins and unlock it and then it started up. I drove it to the dealer and they found they fixed the problem.

Well they would send a tow and he could try to jump it first and then hook it up and take it to the dealer. p, he is getting a MIL dialog, that means something is out of wack, yea he could check the PS fuse but don't hold your breath. So, really he should call Saturn Roadside and have them send him a tow truck. Kills two birds with one stone.. Gets to try the jump and if that fails gets it hooked up to be taken to the dealer for repair.

yeah but that never means that the problem could be OUTSIDE the box. happens all the time sometimes not as many as others but its still a chance
