Trunk release on my alarm not working?

Hey guys, just seeing if you can help me on this one. My trunk release on my alarm stopped working today. The trunk release near that cubby hole still works but the one on my Clifford RSX 3.5 alarm stopped working, when I press the button it makes beep that it's released the trunk but it doesnt pop open.

Blown fuse? Steer me in the right direction here, i'm horrible with anything electronic but i'm trying to learn..

If the button in the cubby works it must be the Clifford wiring to the actuator. That's their remote correct?

manually open your trunk. most likely it is the truck lock out swich,

try the simple things first, im 95% sure that will fix it.

sounds like the clifford man.... was it hooked up to the trunk through a relay??? if not bingo... the trunk output on the clifford is only capable of supply 250ma of current.. if this was trying to trigger the trunk it may have worked for a short time but most likely burned out that part of the board in the clifford.... smell the brain any odor open it up and look at the board you should see it if this is the case....
