Well it is touching it, I can't tell if it is pushing it down though.

And do I have to adjust both or just one? (I looked today, will be doing it tomorrow..as its too cold for bare hands for awhile...and now there are cars in the garage)

loosen both 10mm and move it up. Then adjust it back down until it just touches the lever...but not putting any pressure on it.

Did it, now I must wait for the temp's to drop again. Recently this week it has been starting on the first attempt as it has somewhat warmed up. Also, I think my car was mad at me for a bit giving me a hard time.

IT WORKS...lol (not that I doubted it). I did it on tuesday, this morning was -15C with a windchill of -25Cish and started first try, no apparent problems. I mean apparent as I use a button to start it so I can't tell if it struggles, only if it fails. It faced the horrendous wind for 2 days head on with a mere 10 litres of gas in the tank (want to keep it over half..woops). As it gets colder I'll keep updating you guys.

It was slightly, and I mean VERY slightly pushing it down. It is now just touching it instead.
