check your paint guys...

on the drivers side rear quarter panel where the top plastic that comes down over the windows along the rear glass meets the rear quarter panel... mine peeled back from that piece rubbing on the quarter panel.. the dealership didnt believe it till i went there for another reason and low and behold thier car right on the lot brand new not ever driven yet was already doing it very slightly as mine started to but progressively got worse...... just some info...

I think he is talking about the black plastic louver(sp) behind the rear side window. Right where it meets the top of the rear quarter panel. I'd look, but my car is frozen covered in snow and ice.

OOOO...the roof rail. Alright, spring when I wash my car I'll check. -33C now, VERY windy, blizzard like conditions...like hell if I am going to spend any extra time outside (froze my left hand snow blowing..like actually froze it, its white and swollen 33hrs later...sigh, stupid 2 pairs of gloves did nothing)

I'm not surprised that it's peeling. I have clear coat missing from the front clip (came from the factory that way). Pointed it out to the dealer 6 months ago. I have a spot on the drivers side, the flat part that meets up with the windshield where the paint has peeled/flaked off. I also have chips on the trunk. How the hell do you get chips on the trunk? I figure once it gets unbearable, I'll take it somewhere for a real paint job.
