I have a few chips on my back bumper! No peeling yet. I am praying I don't have peeling either.

Yeah...I think it might have somethign to do with the panels, some paint pops (small dot area of missing paint on the hood). The dirt just cakes up on the panels and you have to rub it off with a sponge (doesn't come out with water, then those crazy ass "rust" dots orange small dots in various places (mostly rear bumper (they come out with some harder scrubbing but weird weird thing).

My '04 silver RL had bad orange peel in when I bought it. My best friend has a custom body shop and he "color sanded", buffed and waxed the car for me. My finish now looks like a piece of silver lexan. Very smooth and outstanding finish in the sun.

yeah my rear quarter and rear bumper was already peeling.... i had them re-painted then the front drivere's fender started and the drivers door now.... this really is pissing me off.... and i had a shoip do the rear quarter 3 freaking times to get the damn color right on the blue... now there is so much damn clear on it it is smooth as glass and the rest of the car is peeled like crazy, almost makes that panel look like a different color its so slick and shiny.... now i have to wet sand the whole damn car... to make it match... 3 different body shops and none of them could keep the peel on the panel to match the rest of the car... they all said oh yeah thats easy to put peel back on... yeah okay then why didnt you. i dont like the peel myself but now the panels look completly different than the rest of the damn car.....one headache after another with this car...
