Arrow Water Leak From Pass Side Rear Door!!

Since it has been raining so hard the past 2 days my rear pass door is leaking water from the top around the latch area & comes out midway threw the door panel & on my floor. have an appointment monday but was wondering if anyone has had this happen b4? I did a search but with no luck.

Strut Bar, Debadged Ion Enblem, airbox delete with cone filter, 3.0 zzp pulley, NKG Copper core plugs, B&M Shifter, AUto Meter Analog Boost Gauge.

Maybe have them refer to this TSB if you have a 2004 underneath the listed VIN breakpoint (last 8 digits)

my car is an 05 & i also noticed I can put my finger inbetween the ft & rear pass door but i can't on the driver side. Maybe the door is out of adjustment??

I'll agree with WOP. He is 100% correct, like usual...Anyways, its happened to my car and thats what they had to do. =)

you have 2 10 or 13 mm bolts holding the latching bracket in place... lossen them up and move it closer to the interior of the car... will seal the door up nice and tight

Mine leaked but it just required a solid slam on it 'cause they don't close/seal well if you don't put a little muscle behind it.

yea mine leaked a little as well due to lack of slamming... once i gave every door a good dozen or so of hard slams.. havn't had a problem since... i've also done this method to customer cars as well and they have never come back.. once i tell them what i did they kinda laugh and say.. oh man don't i feel dumb..

Yeah, Mine leaks if I don't slam the rear door hard enough too. I also notice that if I slam the rears shut good, it has much less wind noise too. Making the adjustment Crazy stated above should help a lot! I think I might do that to mine tomorrow.
