P0496 and fluctuating idle

when I first start the car I get idle all over the place and sometimes the car stalls. It evens out after a couple minutes but keeps popping P0496 code. Any ideas?

I know that. Care to tell me how to fix it? might be EVAP canister purge solenoid valve. anyone know where that is located?

Would that be a throttle body issue with idle all over have the TB having to be cleaned? I polished mine haven't experienced any more gunk or anything still has the polished look to it. No codes yet on my car since owning it, well I did forget to hook up the throttle body sensor and s/c sensore took key cycles to go off lol.

I kept popping P0442, they said I had an exhaust leak and replaced my evap cannister, it came back and they reflashed my PCM, and contacted GM and got a TSB for it. GM told Saturn to replace my gas tank if it comes on again....

nope. thats the first thing I did and it didn't help. this is a different issue

Could be ur charcoal canister in the rear by ur gas tank I replaced a lot when I worked at toyota. Bunch of fumes run thru the lines caused codes when they leak.

yes. check your purge solenoid valve. not entirely sure where it is in the car.

I believe it's in the back by the gas fill neck. I don't know how to service it, as most people on here who have had it fail was covered by warranty.

going to the dealer on Friday. Car's under warranty so I'll post up what they replace
