How do you adjust the engine damper?

I just put on the Weapon*R engine damper and when i turn left i hear a loud noise...i dunno if this is normal or do i need to adjust the damper...PLEASE HELP!!!

You will have to loosen the bolts on the engine side bracket, and push the bracket toward the engine as far as possible. Holding it in this position, tighten down the mounting bolts, and torque them down tight. This should give you more clearance, and prevent excessive movement. I had the same exact problem, and this worked for me.

I think i might have the wrong brackets... do your brackets look like this
(cuz my front bracket is different.. the slant on the bracket is in a different direction) Weapon-R Engine Damper on my car.

I noticed that you have an 06, GM changed the passenger side upper mount on the 06 CSS and RL's. It doesn't work with cynic's normal brackets, I wonder if you are in the same boat.

no...the Weapon*R Damper kit is set up completely different from cynic's braces

06 replacement brackets are coming up soon guys. They're at the laser cutter and then we've got to get them painted. I apologize for the time it's taking to resolve the problem, but I believe we'll have a much better product in the end for it.
