Rod and Main Bearings Removal

So I think a spun a main bearing or a rod bearing on my redline. Compression is good but there's a knock and a squeak coming from the engine. So my question is how exactly would you go about change theses bearings. I've worked on cars but definitely never torn into a engine. Any guidance would be very helpful on this situation. Would i have to pull the whole engine just to change the bearings.
