Arrow 3" Pulley+Intake Mod Loses to Stock?

I have 04 Redline w/ 17xxx miles. 3" Pulley, intake mod and resignator delete, not that its that much of a deal (the resignator delete I mean). But I lost to my boy last night who has a 04 Redline that is bone stock w/ the exception of his muffler cut out and a straight pipe in place of it. Why did he pull me twice by like a fender? And please don't flame and say that it is my driving b/c that's not the problem, I know for a fact.

You have 18" rims...

and ummm... the intake mod is costing you power? Not alot of answers to that.... there's a few other things... I suppose.....

I deff think its the intake mod as well. When I go for my next oil change/latest reflash/intercooler repair. Im gonna talk the tech into putting it back to stock for me. Or I am jus gonna try to get the K&N.

Didn't Rice say something about losing dyno #s w/o his resonator or was it just the cutout altogether. Also I noticed a slight loss in performance when I put the SS/SC wheels on my RL too. Put the 17's back on and race him again just to make sure your not losing performance.

some people have been reporting power loss with 3 inch exhausts as well.

I lost power with my cutout. Not much, but some. Also, 18's weigh more for both the rim and the tire which makes more mass to spin, which requires more power to turn, which reduces overall hp.
