Post P0171 Dtc

That is the code that the dealer said that came up, and they said it was because of the CAI, which I don't believe. They didn't realize I had a smaller pulley, so I am thinking that the 3" pulley is making my car run lean, so will this hurt the RL???? Also, told them about the bucking in 1st and 2nd gear and ask them for the newest reflash for 04 models, and they told me they don't know what I am talking about and that since I tapped in the O2 sensor to plug in my A/F gauge, they said that is the reason why my car is bucking. Is that true???? Again, I don't think so. Any help here would be great. What is up with these dealers????

The P171 is from the intake... it's common on some, and never appears on others.

The car is not really running lean... not sure what it's from. The 3" is making you start to lean out, that part is accurate, but not to a dangerous point.

Tapping the O2 sensor for the gauge can cause some bad readings, if the tap is not done 'well'.

The car just bucks in low gears... some of that will NEVER go away.
