Help changing the fuel injectors

Som im working on installing my intense kit and I cant for the life of me figure out what bolts to undo to get the fuel injectors out.. Its driving me nuts. I have a quick connect tool as well.. Just need to know what to discconect. I know I sound like a noob, but oh well! anyone with any tips! LEt me know!!
