Electric Cutout

I've heard people have had issues in the past with electric cutouts leaking a little (not yours) - is that a standard thing, or a quality thing?

Mine leaks, but VERY slightly. Nothing that bothers me at all or causes a CEL. I could seal it slightly with some RTV but that just seems like a lot of work for something that does not matter to me. The only drawback to the cut out that I have is that there is not an automatic stop on the switch for the motor. If someone is not paying attention they could hold that switch down trying to open it and bind up that motor once it is fully open. But if you are paying attention I never have any trouble and I enjoy it tremendously. Great buy for the price.

Right before the muffler to exit on the driver side right by the rear quarter door.

Getting ready to order - CTI will be incorporating into their header/exhaust pkg (thanks Willy!), but I'm wondering what the difference is between the:
Quick Time Electric Cutout Package Single 3
QTEC30CP
AND
Quick Time Electric Cutout Package Single 4
QTEC40CP

I must be missing something small here - anyone?

Thanks
