On the list - Sky RL

Well, not yet, but I have convinced my dad to buy one. As a GM employee, I get thr SRL for under 25k. His passat with 200+hp is fun, and so is his BWM 1200cc motorcycle, buthe needs a car with lower payments than the VW and the beamer is pretty damn impracticle (he couldnt walk for over 6 months once from a motorcycle accident too) so he may be selling that too, to but a good 10k down payment down. So he may be joing the RL family when they are released later this year (if anyone is lookinf for a sport touring bike, this is THE bike to have). He's not the kind of guy to do much modification on his cars (bike is a different story), but I'm sure once he realizes my IRL is kicking has ass, he'll up the ante. Hopfully I will get him on this site when he get's his SRL.

Can't wait to do a photo shoot with thr 2 RL's!!!

My Father is also getting a SKY Red Line. I'm trying to convince him to get a Black one with Black top and Black Leather. But, He wants Dark Blue I think or Silver I dunno.

Well, personally, I like the silver, and so does my dad, but I think it would be cool if he got black on black, to match my redline, and his bike (because I know he can't and won't part with it)

That's what I was thinking, Black to match my Red Line. He's getting an 08 I believe.

um no offense noremorse, but don't get your hopes up for that GM employee pricing thing. They still aren't doing that for the regular Sky yet, and it'll probably be a while before they do it for the SRL... or so they tell me

There's plenty of us white male co-ops/interns working for GM...and there's plenty of minorities and females, too. It's about half and half I think.

And vandy, it's NoRemorse than can get the discount for his dad, not his dad working for GM getting the discount. We co-ops and interns can get the discount while we are working.

I'm pretty sure you can get and employee/family discount on the Sky and Solstice's. The only cars I've heard that you can't use that on are the Corvette, and possibly V-series Caddy's and XLRs. I could be wrong though.
