Planning ahead

Hey guys I know I mentioned it yesterday, but wanted to make sure I put it out there so everyone knows.
We're wanting to have a get together/birthday party for MrP at our house in May. Originally I had mentioned May 12, but yesterday IonTop pointed out to me that this is Mother's Day weekend (ya would think that I would have know this lol). SO we decided to do it the weekend before on May 5th. Food , drink , friends , fun ....
As always anyone that needs to is welcome to stay so they don't have to make a long drive home after a long day of fun.
I'll have more details as it gets closer but wanted to get the date so everyone knows.

Where ya'll at exactly again? I just might be willing to take a road trip if it's a 3-day weekend (could probably pull some other FL folks wtih me too)...when's Memorial Day???

We're in Charlotte, NC. Memorial weekend is last weekend in May. The more the better, not a 3 day weekend unless you take Friday or Monday off, or unless Cinco DeMayo is an official holiday.

Yeah we will for sure all get together before then. MrP wants to do a gathering monthly or at least bi monthly.
I just wanted to post this now incase people needed to ask for time off, and need to plan ahead.

Just to let you know, Memorial Day weekend = Coke 600 at Lowe's, So May only has 1 weekend that's doesn't include a major day?

Yeah I was just saying that it's not a 3 day weekend unless Cinco DeMayo is a day off for anyone.

i consider myyself mexican so Cinco de Mayo is great for us here. BTW my roomie mike wants an RL bad now. Gonna try and talk him into mine so i can still see and drive her.
