I have lived with my girl for a little over 3 years now, did the roommate thing for a couple years before that and after the first two weeks or so it sucked so bad! living with your girl is a bagillion times better than living with roommates/friends.

after doin it for a few years i just couldnt take it anymore man. theres nothin like having your own place where you dont have to worry about sombody else's shit, or them fucking with your shit... its nice to come home from work and know that nobody else is there to bother you... thats just me though.

I'm very chosey about my roomates after the last one. I own just about everthing in the house. He pays his share of the rent and bills and i charge him board for the bedroom funiture i let him use...its worth it for him he doesnt have to buy any and he gets to sleep on a $1200 dollar mattress. JustWhiteMike is a good roomie. That and if he steps outta line i'm a lot bigger than he is.LOL

LOL, tru that... i guess i just always made the mistake of having friends as roommates, its really not a good idea.

when you room with sombody who is a "friend" its too easy for people to take advantage of the freindship even if its not intentional, and it doesnt seem like taking advantage b/c you are buddys. but it goes both ways, alot of times you might alow sombody to take advantage b/c its your friend or cut them unneccesary slack you wouldnt cut sombody else. its alot easier to say "give me my money or get out" to sombody you havnt known outside of that living arangment ya know? and it sux to have to ask a friend for money when you know damn well they know they should just give it to you without having to ask.
