Good luck finding a house for under 160k thats in descent shape. Me and my wife gave up and are now jus going to buy a new / floor model Double wide and some land. Hopefully only spending 75k on both. So we won't be spending $1000 a month on a house payment.

Im looking at around $600 a month. I know double wides don't go up in value but hey we will have a nice place to live and some land. Not just putting $600 a month to a 800sq ft. 2 bed apartment and when your done you have nothing to show for it.

BTW I might be going to the track next friday but not today. Im just waiting for my K&N drop-in filter to get in before going back. The next big step for the car (after getting a place to live) is going to be a 3" pulley, 1 step colder plugs, and a Jason Smith header. After that GM Stage 1. Or if the GM kits are out first I will get Stg 1 first then the header/pulley.

thanks guys. i don't know if this is what i'm supposed to do or not. i don't know what/where God wants me, but as it looks right now i'm not getting a house. i'm probably going to stay in an apartment for a little while longer.

I think we should meet up at the pavillions in scottsdale on saturday night so if some of the east side saturn owners want to come everyone will have to drive about the same distance kinda
