Do I see it right, the HP Tuners software/hardware is cheeper than going with the GM Performance software (1 or 2)??? All I want right off the bat is to smoothen the fuel/air bump around 3k and get a 7100 rpm cutoff point. No timing change and enough fuel to keep her running right from 6500 to 7100. Who's gonna buy one and have it licensed for the '06???
