HP Tuners files now acceptable attachments

Just as she reads, it's a 1MB limit, but I think that's just large enough for the files. You can post logs and tunes.

DO NOT, post up GM's Stage or Intense's files here. That's WAY too much of a conflict for the forum. It's one thing for two of you to compare things, and it's another to give away either GM, or Intense's property. Intense is a vendor here, and GM reads the forums. If anyone posts these files, I will have the HP Tuners files yanked. I don't want to limit anyone's fun, but if you need to do anything that would violate these standards, don't let me find out about it. I do know what the cals are like, and I will compare.

I would really prefer to keep it to logs and such, and if we have a problem with tunes, then we'll remove the tunes as an acceptable attachment type.
