Unhappy Help Tuning!

Sorry to sound like a ditz, but I really need help to tune my car. I am talking with the guys at Intense on this as well, but I thought I'd share my story on here too, and see what kind of suggestions I got.
So...here it goes! I got the Intense Stage 4 kit installed about three weeks ago on Thursday. Things were going great, until the next Tuesday when my CEL started coming on. It would go off and on about twice a day while each day the car started idling harder. By about the 10th day after everything was installed, the car stalled at a stoplight and the CEL stayed on. I got a friend of mine to get the codes off, and heres what they were:P0172, P0300, and P1182. None of the plugs are fouled out, the MAF isn't in wrong, and the boost bypass bolts are all intact (all suggestions from Intense). I was running the Weapon R intake, but have switched back to stock for the last two days. The car hasn't stalled yet, although it did come close again today, but does seem to be running a little stronger. However, the car is still throwing those same codes.
A couple people I have talked to said I just need to get it fine tuned, but I have no idea how to go about that other than spending $600 that I don't have. Please help!!

I hardly ever use the a/c. But I haven't noticed any difference when I do either.

Hey hey hey, welcome to my world. I have the INTENSE Stage 5, minus the ported blower and weapon r intake as well. I put the top of the airbox back on to where I still have the weapon R pipe and filter on there. That lowered my IAT2 temps a little. I am going to double check the gapping of my plugs finally today. I don't think Todd gapped them right when I was there for the Stage 5...old ones were fouled running Stage 3 flash with 2.5" and 60s.

It was the biggest pain in my ass trying to find those plugs though. One store out of all the NAPA, AutoZone, PepBoys, etc in a 20 mi radius had them. Only 4, so I'm fortunate. Whether or not the plugs are fouled, doesn't mean they are gapped right? Did you double check that yet? Todd told me to check to see if the plugs are fouled only to see if maybe one is and the rest aren't which would be one injector not closing up as fast as it should be.

I might call them here in a month or so and schedule a dyno tuning because if I can't get it solved by then, GM might have something released in which Scott can take what update GM gave (TSB) and put it on the car without losing the current programming.

I know all cars are different when it comes to the RLs and the Cobalts, but shouldn't be different enough to where we run rich (0172) with these flashes. I had the check engine light come on with that DTC for an hour straight, no matter how many times I cleared it. By the time I got to click "scan," it was already back on.

Yeah, this is beginning to be a big pain in the a$$!! I did make sure that my plugs were gapped right before I installed them. I went over everything about three times to make sure I wouldn't have to go back for something stupid causeing big problems...Good thing that worked :P

What is the P0300 code? Is that a misfire?

Think tuning it with HPtuners or something similar will solve?
