Sensor after the cat?

What functions does the sensor after the cat have? Is it benificial to remove it with hp tuners while running a cat-less downpipe? Exactly what are the ups and down?

I ask because catless is where I want to be but I dont want to freak the RL out!

If you run catless, then you turn off the DTC in HP Tuners.

nope. the second o2 sensor just makes sure the cat is functioning. get rid of the cat, get more exhast flow, but you get a CEL unless you turn it off with HPT. moving it will gain nothing
