Car won't start after HPT flash

I just made revisions to my first tune (didn't change much, just RPM limter, Top speed and boost in 1st gear). And the stupid thing won't start. It has the Security Light on the bottom.

Went ahead and performed the Security relearn twice (as posted per spec in the help guides), pulled the negative off the battery and flashed back to stock tune. The car will not start. Any suggestions? It's aggravating.

P.S The "Power Steering" , "Low Fuel" & "Auto Lights off" keep flashing, I shut the lights off as it states in the guide.

-Mike

P.S The battery is NOT LOW, Write ENTIRE times outs and fails and HPT seems to be out of answers on this issue. Suggestions?

Also my car is a 2005 Chevy Cobalt SS/SC

All fuses check out ok. I have so many different steps for security relearn and they are all wrong or different. Someone have a correct version I can use that pertains to my car?

im looking for the correct procedures but in the mean time you said you checked the fuses inside. so... go out and Remove the cover off of your underhood fuse block. Place both hands on top of the panel along the outer circumfrence (kind of cradling the relays/fuses so you're not pushing directly on THEM) and give it a couple of good pushes straight down and listen to hear if you here any "clicks" like a connector engaging. Some electrical problems have been caused by the fuseblock not being completely engaged into the connectors from factory. dont push so hard you break something.

Are you doing the 3 - 10 minute relearn intervals, are you waiting for the security light to go out each time?

IMkenNY, I let the car sit for like 10 minutes after the security re-learn sometimes and the security light never goes out, I keep the e-brake down, the headlamps off and the radio off but nothing seems to work. I'm wondering if it's my laptop.. I'm going to try another one this weekend. I live an hour away where it sits in storage (at my dads) so If you have better directions for the next time that would be great.

No I am not, it's never connected upon doing these re-learns.
