Got my first REAL CEL :( P0172

So this past saturday we installed the 42# injectors and uploaded Sp00ners Stage 2 Tune...

car was and still is running great, but this morning on the way to work the CEL popped on after a quick run to 60mph...
I took it to Advance Autoparts and had them scan it with thier scanner and the result was:

P0172
System Too Ritch
(Bank 1)

im guessing i need to adjust this in HP Tuners huh?

thats fucking nuts, im running the 2.8" pulley, CAI, tune and 42#'ers and im still running ritch lol... gotta love altitude.

look slike theres more power to be had by leaning it out a little so its not so ritch. Either that or i can upgrade my pulley size lol...

yeah... lol.. its wierd, i think it may have somthing to do with my intake tho, i have a 3" pipe running to the airbox from the supercharger and i was using the factory piping on the lower inlet of the airbox, the coupler came loose and the pipe popped off so i took it off, ive been drivin around for the past few days with it like that so im wonderin if the MAF is reading that there isnt enough airflow and saying its running ritch, my gas milage is still good and the car doesnt feel any slower from runing too ritch.

im gonna replace that pipe and see if it changes anything.

You may or may not be running rich. The only way to really know is to dyno the car, run an LC-1, etc.

You're getting that code b/c your fuel trims are too far off VE.

It's the intake. Don't ask me why, but it's the intake. I've gotten the same code twice from the K&N. Not the lean code, but the rich code.

Thats exactly what it was... i replaced the lower piping the day before yesterday and lastnight on my way home from work the CEL just shut off and cleared itself

Its not running too ritch... Having that lower pipe off was fuckin up the airflow over the MAF im guessing because i put the pipe back on and the CEL cleared itself.
