OBD II Cable?

Where can I get a good deal on a OBDII cable that will work with the redline? I see alot of them out there but not really up on this subject and dont' wanna buy one that won't work.

obd2 cable that does what...like an obd2 scanner? one to your pc? interceptor obd2 cable?

wanna hook it to my computer to use PCMSCAN. I see a crap load on ebay for like 20 bucks, but they won't work with PCMSCAN there are some ELM323 and ELM327 units on there for a decent deal, the 323 is cheaper but comes out as RS232(serial) which my laptop does not have, does anyone know if a standard serial>USB adapter would work or would I have to use the elm327 to make it go to USB.

I found some ELM323 boxes that have USB that I might get.

You should have no problem converting Serial RS-232 to USB. Not completely related but I use one to program my satellite dish from time to time, I've heard of people having problems with belkin so I would stay away from them.

I would love that but if I can get the cable for 50 bucks, my total cost would be um 50 bucks. Besides if I had HPT I would destroy my car cause I don't know what the hell i'm doing with it.
