Chicagoland HP Tuners...help?

What goin on guys, some of u might know my situation some might not. Bouth the car used (04 Redline) wasnt sure what was done to it when i bought it. Just so happens the guy that sold the car to the dealership comes into kfc (my old job) tells me hes got new injectors pulley intake on it. I obviously know the intake and pulley but yeah. So, its been running great up until this winter. it drives great, feels like ive got the same power as when i bought it, but for one if i rev it any higher then say 3-4k in neutral it takes foooorrrever for the rpms to come back to idle itll sit at 2-3k for like 10-15 seconds before slowing down. whatever not a big deal but it also has just recently started to get down to like 400 rpm at like a stoplight when i come to a stop, then it will shoot back up and may do this a few times before evening out to normal idle. So i figured ive needed a tune since i got it and nows prolly the time. Can anybody help me out?

you can try cleaning your throttle body for the idle surge when you stop at the stoplight. that should help get rid of that. i also have an 04 and if i rev like that mine does the same and its stock.

If it's cold outside it idles at a higher RPM to try and warm the engine up faster. Until I've driven it a few miles, my car will idle at around 2k until I'm at a complete stop. This is normal.

Hey ricky, I got ideal surge for a while, then i took that throttle body off and there was a fckload of carbon build up on it, cleand it off and now mine runs fine! Come over if you need some help.-Jason
