Want to wire up the second outlet

My car only has the 12V outlet located in front of the Ebrake, and I noticed my car has fuses for both that and the cigarette lighter. Has anyone tried to wire up the second 12V outlet? Is it even possible?

Thanks.

I think it depends on the option packages. I can't understand why this was not standard, though.

You seriously don't have one? My car had one option, the 6-disc MP3 player [without AAS mind you...lol] and has the second outlet.

And burnrubr88 mine does the same, as does my buddy's 'balt SS.. he used it as his remote wire and his amp wouldn't turn off...lol

Yeah, I'm almost positive (car is in NC, I'm in MI or I'd go take a pic). I guess it's possible I just never saw it, where is it normally located? (a pic would help)

It's on the back of the center console. If you look at the back of the console it's pretty hard to miss unless it's dark out and you have no lights.. even then you can feel it
