A good point. I do now have your .cfg file, so as long as its set up that way, we're good! Thanks for the insight.

When I first got the car I posted in this thread that at 45F ambient (IAT1) I got as high as 136F IAT2. I am sure now the pump was not working, LOL. Today at 58F IAT1, I never got over 118F IAT2 after a couple WOT runs. Pays to check. Gotta keep an eye on that damn thing...it came alive after a quick tap...

fyi...

if it seizes up again in just the right spot, it will create a dead short and blow your fuse labeled "EMISS"
this was a stupid thing of GM to do...
the pump as well as several other sensors get their power from that fuse. maf and o2 i remember off the top of my head. anyway, the car will run like absolute dog poo. took me 4 days to figure that damn thing out.
