Where are you located? A tuner local to you would be best.

Do you have a wideband or do you plan on installing one?

Cat or not doesn't matter unless you're discussing emissions laws.

Car being good off a dig is dependent upon driver and tires.

You could buy a tune. If you have to go canned, I'd recommend ZZP. The downside there is having to either pay the core charge and do a crank relearn or be without a car while you ship them your PCM.

If you have HPTuners and can scan the car, there's the possibility of being remote tuned. This would entail a tuner mailing you a base tune, then having you scan the car, send the log to the tuner, the tuner makes changes and then sends you a new file to flash, rinse and repeat until it's right. I dunno anyone who does that right now.

Your car bogging when you rev has nothing to do with your cat.

Are you currently running E85 on an E10 tune?

What's your mods?

Also, how do you pass smog in Cali with no kitty?

Its decatted, completly stock. Ever since I took out the cat it would bog a little bit when i rev in neutral or launch. I am running 91 sometimes 93.

You'd need to standardize on a fuel.

If you just did a cat delete and didn't tune for it, it makes more sense that you'd have an issue. Any tune would fix that. You have to be getting a CEL.

Get up with ZZP, they'll have a nice safe tune for your setup. Keep in mind that you'd have to stick with E85 if that's your plan.
