You could buy a tune. If you have to go canned, I'd recommend ZZP. The downside there is having to either pay the core charge and do a crank relearn or be without a car while you ship them your PCM.
If you have HPTuners and can scan the car, there's the possibility of being remote tuned. This would entail a tuner mailing you a base tune, then having you scan the car, send the log to the tuner, the tuner makes changes and then sends you a new file to flash, rinse and repeat until it's right. I dunno anyone who does that right now.

Are you currently running E85 on an E10 tune?
