Has anyone used 3M Scotchguard paint protectant? If so would you recommend it?

I have some questions about it if you don't mind:
-Do the edges peel?
-Does it yellow or get discolored?
-Is it removable if it needs to be replaced in 10 years?
-Is it really difficult to see unless you're looking for it?
-How long have you had it on your car?
-Was it expensive?

Thanks!

Sorry, nevermind I've never used it. I looked and saw 3M Scotchguard and thought you were talking about the 3M Scotchguard for upolstery, not for paint.

I've never heard of it, but I'd be interested to see how this stuff works too.

I've actually heard bad things about the paint one.... it's supposed to be just an overall pain and not worth it. that was only from a few people, but i've yet to hear a positive remark?

So what's the best way to avoid the paint chipping? I don't even have 7K on her and I have more dings in the paint than what I would have imagined. Then again it's black, and I was warned

When I bought my black '04 I paid extra for a paint protection service. I don't remember what kind it is, but, I don't have any chips...yet. You might trying calling your Saturn dealership and asking what they use. Hth
