My experience today removing my aerowing included, backing my car into the sunlight and letting it bake, hair dryer for about 10-15 minutes, fishing line which kept breaking (damn 10lb test), and finally using some good old fashioned muscle to pop the biotch off. What a PITA. Tomorrow I pickup the new wing, hopefully it won't rain tomorrow while I'm at work. I just slapped on some electrical tape underneath the holes.

man...WD-40 eats right through sticky sh-t. You shoulda sprayed a little of that in there too...just no open flames! or else...

Didn't have any at the house and I thought the hair dryer would do the trick. Oh well, lesson learned for the future.

Nope, different bolt pattern.

BTW, i really want to take mine off after it started vibrating yesterday at 135...scared the crap out of me and let the Lincoln LS pull ahead.
