Painted Rims

I painted my rims black today using dupoint wheel paint. I washed the wheels when they came off and then used 320 sandpaper sponge to scour it with. Rinsed them off after that and then hit them with like 5 coats and then 2 clear coats. The only problem is that they arent that black, dont get me wrong there black but i wanted them to be real dark. Has anybody used this paint before. And also the paint kind of left like a sand like texture (paint overspray or something?) on the wheel that rubs off with your finger. I want to paint them more tommro so i think i might get 3 more cans or something. Anybody got any ideas.

lol yeah it is funny how much our cars look a like. And yeah it is a flat black i think thats why its not dark enough for me. If i was gonna go about hitting these with a different paint how should i go about getting that old paint off, damn what a waste.

use the krylon gloss black paint, and do many coats of it. Then use a good automotive clear and they will come out glossy
