changing dash lights

does anyone know how to change out the dash lights (aka the gauge cluster lights) on a 2nd gen. SC2?

Speaking of dash lights...on anyone else's tach, does it seem like the right most light is out? I don't know if it was designed like this or if mine was burnt out when I first got the car. I'm going to have to take a picture, but the far right side of my tach seems to be a lot darker than the rest of circle. Anyone else notice this?

You probably have a bub out. Mine is pretty consistent throughout the cluster.
