This is a true three piece rim....high dollar ($1300 per rim, 18x7.5)...but damn it looks good, and it one of the lightest 3 piece rims made

TSW fly in 17x8, made for the L200...dont know the offset as of yet, but I assume is is around 28-34mm.
I powdercoated mine flat black, and wrapped them in Falken FK452's 235/45/17's, you could also go up to 245/45/17 or 225/50/17 and the tire will still fit the wheel well without rubbing the strut.

The weight of the stock rims & tires was 43 lbs
The weight of the Kyowa's & Pirelli P Zero Nero's 215/40/18 is 43.5 lbs
